There's not long to go until you get to try on some truly gorgeous bridal wear!!!

To get the most out of your visit and to ensure I have your fave styles waiting for you please complete the details below. I'd also love to hear about your venue and any colour schemes or themes you've decided on!

Names of who will be attending the appointment with you (Only 2 guests allowed due to space but do ask if you'd like to invite an extra guest).

Dresses from the website you'd like try on. (Please note; although I have studio sample dresses from size 6 - 22, if I do not have the sample dress you choose in your size I will endeavour to find a similar style for you to try on so make sure you note down the ones you love). I am also able to pin dresses to bigger and smaller frames.

Anything else you want to let me know that will help with your appointment? RequYour preferred pronouns, styles you've already tried, any styles you love/hate, parts of your body you're not fond of? I'd also love to hear about your venue and colour scheme if you've already decided one
