Delivery

Collection Bridal Wear:

All collection bridal wear is handmade and can take 10 - 12 weeks to be sewn and delivered. Rush orders (4 - 5 weeks) with some designers are possible for a small fee so do let us know if you need your bridal wear urgently.

Once your bridal wear has arrived in the boutique it will be checked for quality and we will send you a text to let you know it has arrived. We aim to send you your bridal wear around 14 weeks before your wedding or sometimes sooner depending on your wedding date!

 

We will then book a suitable time for you to collect your bridal wear, or we are happy to send it to you if you live further afield. Your dress will be dispatched within 2 weeks of receiving it in the boutique. Overall you can expect a lead time of 12 - 14 weeks to receive your bridal wear if ordering online.

Sample Bridal Wear:

Sample bridal wear is available to take home the same day and you will be asked to check the bridal wear and sign a form to ensure you are happy with any stated defects. If buying a sample online, you will be also asked to confirm this via an online form. Online purchases will be checked and dispatched within a week and you can expect up to 3 working days for delivery.

Lingerie:

All lingerie is handmade to order and takes 4 - 5 weeks to be made and delivered. Rush orders are possible for a small fee. Once lingerie has arrived in the boutique it will be checked and sent shortly after. You can expect up to 3 working days for delivery.

Accessories: 

All accessories are handmade and can take 6 - 16 weeks to be made and delivered to the boutique. Rush orders are sometimes possible for a small fee. Once the accessory has arrived in the boutique, it will be checked and sent to you shortly after. You can expect up to 3 working days for delivery.

 

Refunds

Sample Bridal Wear:

Sample bridal wear brought in the boutique or online is non refundable. Please ask any questions before purchasing as most sample bridal wear will have been tried on in the boutique so will have some cosmetic flaws/marks, dust aroud the hem, missing beads, loose threads, all of these defects aer usually barely noticeable and we are happy to send photos of any defects beforehand. Youwill be asked to sign a declaration that you are happy with the sample you are purchasing beforehand.

Collection Bridal Wear:

Collection bridal wear brought online is non refundable unless faulty but all bridal wear is checked thoroughly before being sent out. 

Lingerie & Accessories: 

Lingirie and accessories are non refundable unless faulty but again, these items are checked thoroughly before being sent. 

If for any reason you receive a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a return or exchange. You have 14 days to return any faulty items.
