Delivery & Refunds

SHIPPING & DISPATCH

Any item which is made to order or customised can have a lead time of up to 2-3 months before it is shipped, please see individual items in the online shop for estimated lead times. We will use the most suitable delivery service for your area/country

Once the item has been delivered to the studio, please allow up to 5 working days to process orders and for shipment.

Please note: Unexpected shipping delays may occur which we have no control over and cannot be held responsible for, but we will always endeavour to notify you of these where possible

TAXES & DUTIES

Shipping costs are exclusive of any import tax or customs duties which may be payable on delivery. If you are ordering your dress to be delivered internationally Crazy In Love Bridal is not responsible for any fees charged or delay caused by customs. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges
 

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Rebel Bride Bridalwear

All of our Rebel Bride pieces are made-to-order and are therefore not eligible for refunds or exchanges. 

We strongly recommend referring to the sizing charts before you place your order and we are happy to answer any questions, send you more information, photos before you place your order - please email contact@crazyinlovebridal.com if you have any concerns

 

OUTLET Bridalwear

All of our OUTLET bridal pieces are ex samples and are likely to have minor signs of wear and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. 

We strongly recommend referring to the sizing charts before you place your order and we are happy to answer any questions, send you more information, photos before you place your order - please email contact@crazyinlovebridal.com if you have any concerns

 

Collection Bridalwear

All of our bridalwear is made-to-order and is therefore not eligible for refunds of exchanges. 

We strongly recommend trying a sample before you place your order, however if you would prefer to order remotely, we will be happy to answer any questions, send you more information, photos or fabric swatches before you place your order- please email contact@crazyinlovebridal.com if you have any concerns

Gifts & Accessories

Many of the gifts & accessories items bought via our online shop are eligible for exchange or refund, excluding any item which has been made-to-order or customised

Items not eligible for return are:

  • Veils (made to order/bespoke)

  • Bridal gloves

  • Any item which has been customised

  • Earrings

 

For any other item(s) bought from the online shop, please email us at contact@crazyinlovebridal.com within 14 days from receipt of delivery quoting your name and order number and request to exchange/return

Refunds/exchanges will only be accepted on items that are in their original condition that have not been used, altered, worn or washed, and with all tags attached and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met

Items must be returned within a 7 day period from acceptance of a refund/exchange, and you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item(s) to us. Crazy In Love Bridal will not refund the shipping costs for returning your item(s)

We encourage you to return your item(s) via a prepaid registered or traceable postal service and strongly recommend taking note of your tracking number. Crazy In Love Bridal is not liable for the loss of items being returned

Exchanges are only available for items of the same value. If additional payment is required a full refund will be made and a new order must be made

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via the original method of payment. Please be aware that this can take up to 10 working days to appear in your bank account.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you unfortunately receive any item that is faulty/damaged on delivery, please contact us immediately at contact@crazyinlovebridal.com so that we can resolve any issue.
